This year, the Blaine PTA is requesting that each Blaine family complete and return a Student & Family Data Form. By providing the Blaine PTA with your email address, you will receive important communications from the school via weekly eBlasts, as well as critical grade-level and classroom information from your room parent.
The Student & Family Data Form will also serve to establish a Blaine School Directory. At the bottom of the form, there is an area to opt-into the Blaine School Directory. The directory information will only be available by grade level. So, if you’re child is in 1st grade, you will be able to access directory information for 1st grade.
Please return your completed Student & Family Data Form at your child’s grade level table at the Back-to-School Picnic on Wednesday, August 30th from 4-6 pm.
