After School Programming Overview
We are pleased to provide our students and families a diverse and engaging offering of afterschool programming opportunities. The program, grade levels, description, dates offered, staff contact, and cost are below.
The Tuition-Based After School Program offers students K-8 a variety of enrichment activities at Blaine after school hours. A structured and supervised program will provide assistance with homework, offer recess, snack time, and both physical and enrichment activity to supplement their experience. TBAS is staffed by Blaine staff members, as well as some independent vendors. Students are grouped according to age/grade level.
• Sign-up for 3:00-6:00pm daily. The quarterly fee is $750, with a $50 discount if paid in single payment. Otherwise, a payment schedule is available at three $250 payments.
• Sign-up for 3:00-4:15pm daily only. The quarterly fee is $375. Parents have the option of selecting activities or homework sessions. Depending on enrollment, homework only session(s) may be a multi-grade level group.
• Sign up for any two or three days a week.
After School Athletics at Blaine are designed to enrich each student’s physical and mental experience. Blaine offers fall, winter and spring athletic options for our 5th-8th grade students.
Athletic Offerings: Fall Offering: Girls Volleyball, Boys Football, Boys Soccer, Cross Country; Winter Offerings: Boys and Girls Basketball, Pom-Poms; Spring: Girls Soccer, Co-Ed Softball, Track and Field

Music education enriches all areas of a student’s academic development. The after-school music program is an opportunity to continue the music education offered during the school day. Students in grades 1st through 8th are invited to participate in group music lessons in cello, guitar, viola and violin.

Cost: $200 per semester
Awarded annually by a grant, After School All Stars seeks to provide enrichment opportunities for students Kindergarten – 4th Grade with no cost to families. Past programs include All Star Theatre and All Star Sports.

Middle School Clubs provides an excellent opportunity to expand enrichment areas in content specific clubs such as yearbook, math club and theatre performance. In addition, middle school clubs provides the space for socialization, creativity and team building. We are currently looking to expand our clubs with parent involvement.
